Copy Spool File to PF/Flat file

Hi,
Can anyone suggest the way as how to copy multiple spool files of particular user daily(as these spool are generated by scheduler jobs) into a flat file so that bsed on that some corrections can done. Please suggest a way so that this spool file conversion is put on a scheduler.
