How to Bold the field value in RPG?

Hello all,
Can any one help me how to bold the particular field value by using RPG? Not printer file and display file.Program will send the datas to user using SNDDST
For example:
I have field like:-
In Transaction table we have many fields Transaction name,Transaction time,Transaction ID,Transaction Amt,....etc.,
I need Transaction Amt and Transaction ID should be bold this value will sent to user by using SNDDST command.
