Replacing variable with FILLER in a Copybook

Lets suppose there is a copy book X having following contents :

01 Out-rec
05 A pic X(1).
05 B pic X(1).
05 C pic X(1).
05 WS-FILLER1 pic X(1).
I want to replace WS-FILLER1 with FILLER keyword having value 'Y'.Can anyone let me know how can I do this?
